The main entrance to the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame is located facing Peel Street.

On-site parking is available. During opening hours, parking is accessible via the Hungry Jacks entry. Follow this road around the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame (indicated by the blue arrows on the map) to the carpark on the right side of the building. Three parking zones are available (two indicated by the yellow stars on map).

The front of the museum has a drop-off zone for Taxis, buses and wheelchair access. This can also be used for drop-off of visitors with limited mobility.
Limited 2-hour parking is available next to the building on the right side. This has limited spaces but allows for closer access to museum entry.

All day parking is also available on the right side of the building. This area can accommodate long vehicles, motorhomes and buses as well as cars.

The closest bus stop is White Street. Travel time, including walking from White Street bus stop to the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame is approximately 15 minutes.
The Australian Country Music Hall of Fame is wheelchair accessible with the collection all displayed on ground level.


General admission is free to those who hold a Companion Card and are assisting as a carer.
The Australian Country Music Hall of Fame is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all visitors. Assistance animals that are specifically trained and accredited to assist people with disability and support animals registered with council, are welcome to enter the museum.
For the safety of our visitors and the protection of the museum’s collection, other animals, including pets are not permitted entry.

All toilets are located within the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame building.
Ladies’ toilets are located on the left side of the entry doors.
Gents’ toilets are located on the right side of the entry doors.
Wheelchair accessible toilet is located on the right side of the entry doors next to the gents’ toilets.


A baby change table is in the wheelchair accessible toilet, inside the building, right side of the entry doors.
